You must have authority to use the accounts, subscriptions, devices, models, and API keys you connect to TokenFans. You are responsible for complying with third-party provider terms.

Terms of Service
Effective date: June 5, 2026. These terms govern use of tokfans.ai, TokenFans Desktop, and the TokenFans contributor network.
Contributor supply
Submitting supply does not guarantee approval, scheduling, traffic, revenue, or payout. TokenFans may review, limit, suspend, or remove supply to protect reliability, users, providers, and the platform.
Acceptable use
You may not use TokenFans to violate laws, third-party rights, security controls, provider terms, export restrictions, or platform policies. Abuse, fraud, credential misuse, and attempts to bypass controls are prohibited.
Downloads and updates
Desktop builds are provided as-is during early access. You should verify that a build matches your platform and keep your local environment secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenFans is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, provider account actions, service interruptions, or third-party failures.
